This machine can be operated only manually and no power is required. The machine can be easily dismantled and can be carried easily. Reassembling is very easy and can be done by unskilled labourers as well. It weighs 400 Kgs. Size Of Moulds: 400 x 200 x 100 (4") - 2 Nos / 90 per hr. 400 x 200 x 150 (6") - 1 No / 45 per hr. 400 x 200 x 200 (8") - 1 No / 45 per hr. Details of Materials to be used: Cement, Crusher Chips, Crusher Powder, Sand and Water. Mixing ratio for one bag of Cement: Crusher Chips - 30 Pan.
